Here's one quick form tip to build triceps optimally when performing lying triceps extensions (skull crushers) during your triceps workouts. Instead of lowering the weight to your forehead on this triceps exercise, try lowering it behind your head. This increases stress on the triceps long head and will give you a better overall arm workout while reducing skull crusher elbow pain at the same time.
