The VVM Bagpipe Band came into existance in the year 2016 in the leadership of Ankit Burman. Presently it is one of the top band of the Jharkhand state and gave several marvellous performance. It has been awarded 1st prize in the pipe band category by the Director General of Police, Jharkhand Mr. DK Pandey in the year 2017 & also awarded by the Governor of Jharkhand Smt. Draupadi Murmu in the year 2019. It gave its beautiful performance in the Beating Retreat at Raj Bhawan, Jharkhand in the year 2019 and 2020.
